Weatherford, Dallas–Fort Worth, Waco and Houston — and most of what sits between them. The building code is adopted statewide; how it is enforced is decided one plan reviewer at a time. Knowing which one you are in front of is a schedule item, not trivia.

S&T Management Group Inc works across Weatherford, the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, Waco and Houston. We hold the building permit, answer the plans examiner and carry the trades on one inspection schedule in each of them. The scope does not change between cities; the review calendar does. A tenant improvement that clears in six weeks in one jurisdiction can take eleven in another with the same set of drawings.
