What we collect

If you use the enquiry form we receive the fields you fill in — your name, phone, email, the project address, the type of work and anything you type into the notes box. If you call, we have your number and whatever you tell us.

This site does not run advertising or social media tracking scripts. It does not set marketing cookies. Standard web server logs record IP address, browser and requested page, which is how every web server works and how we keep the site running.

03 Use

What we do with it

We use enquiry details to answer the enquiry and, if the work goes ahead, to run the job. That means it may be shared with the licensed contractors, design professionals and jurisdictions who need it to do the work you asked us to do.

We do not sell contact details, rent them, or pass them to marketing lists. We do not run automated follow-up sequences.

04 Retention & rights

How long, and how to get it removed

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while they are still useful for context and then deleted. Project records are kept as long as required for contract, warranty, insurance and tax purposes.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, call (254) 715-7282 or email info@sandtmanagementgroup.com. If we are holding it because a contract or a legal obligation requires it, we will say so rather than quietly ignoring the request.

05 Third parties

Who else touches it

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and serves imagery from a content delivery network. Those providers see the request your browser makes, in the same way they do on most of the web.

If you email us, your message sits with our email provider. If you call, your number appears on a phone bill. There is no analytics or advertising platform receiving your form submission.
